Momiji Kaede

Momiji Kaede studies the benefits of Japanese maple, an aesthetic symbol of Japan, and develops products such as Japanese maple tea (Momiji-cha) and Japanese maple sparkling cider (Moyuruha). The company cultivates Japanese maple orchards on unused farmland, and aims to contribute to the regional revitalization of the town of Tajimi, in Gifu prefecture.
