Momiji Kaede studies the benefits of Japanese maple, an aesthetic symbol of Japan, and develops products such as Japanese maple tea (Momiji-cha) and sparkling Japanese maple cider (Moyuruha). It cultivates Japanese maple orchards on unused agricultural land and aims to contribute to the regional revitalization of Tajimi City in Gifu Prefecture.

Steep 1 sachet in 200 ml of boiling water for 2 minutes.
