An infusion with a fine roasted flavor, made from momiji maple leaves. Grown without pesticides and harvested by hand from a dedicated plot, these leaves are then steam-processed using the traditional Shirakawa tea method. Caffeine-free and naturally rich in polyphenols, recognized for their role in stress management, this infusion can be enjoyed hot or cold, at any time of day. Perfect on its own, it also goes wonderfully well with pastries.

A very good product that matches the description on the back label, but has a rather delicate flavor. It’s not really my cup of tea, but it will appeal to those looking for a light herbal tea to enjoy in the evening.
