MORII

Founded in 1887 in the town of Sakurai, Nara Prefecture, Morii Shokuhin specializes in noodle production. Originally specialized in the manufacture of udon and somen, in 1937 the company invented the first Japanese harusame, which quickly became a flagship and emblematic product.
