Sugita

Founded in 1884 in Onomichi, Hiroshima Prefecture, under the name Sugita Yojibei, this vinegar brewery is JAS-certified and applies strict quality control at every stage of production. Its rice vinegar is made from JAS-certified Japanese rice, fermented using an age-old method, with no additives.
