More details on this product

Hasami Porcelain is a Japanese Vendor renowned for its porcelain tableware. The historic town of Hasami, located in Nagasaki prefecture, is one of Japan's leading pottery centers. For almost 400 years, this region has been producing porcelain, distributed throughout Japan and exported to Europe via the port of Nagasaki.
Simplicity and functionality are at the heart of the design, with stackable pieces inspired by traditional Japanese lacquered boxes (Jubako) facilitating service and storage.
The products are made in semi-porcelain, combining the qualities of porcelain and earthenware. Artisans use traditional glazing techniques with an exclusive blend of natural stone and clay, developed over many years to make the most of these natural resources. Vendor aims to integrate modern tableware design with the organic quality of traditional Japanese manufacturing techniques.
