Passionate about the universe of wines and spirits, Fabien Humbert is a journalist for the Revue du Vin de France and the magazine Rumper. He is also the author of: Understanding the rum in 80 cuvées, whiskey and rum. Youlin Ly is the founder of several major Parisian establishments such as the Maison du Saké or Sola. It is also, and above all, Saké Samurai and has helped make this product known to restaurateurs and to the general public.
