The prices are indicated on the product page of the workshop in euros. Payment is made by online bank card.

It is possible to cancel your reservation for a workshop 4 days before the scheduled date. With regard to the requests for cancellation reached in Irasshai less than 4 days before the date of the workshop, Irasshai will study the requests on a case -by -case basis and reserves the right to refuse the request for cancellation and the deposit will not be not reimbursed.

Cancellation and modification conditions by the customer:

Any modification of the number of participants must be communicated in writing to Irasshai at least five days before the course. No price decrease will be applied.

Any increase in the number of participants less than five days before the course is subject to the Irasshai agreement and will be subject to an additional individual package, in accordance with the quote.

Cancellation by Irasshai:

Irasshai reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course in the event of force majeure. No refund will be made. In case of cancellation, Irasshai will inform the customer as soon as possible and will plan a new date with the same services. Irasshai reserves the right to postpone a course of 8 people if the number of participants is less than 5 people.

Irasshai reserves the right to modify or cancel the revenue, dates, prices schedules, or the place in the event of circumstances such as the failure of the stakeholder or supply difficulties. In such situations, the customer acknowledges that adjustments can be made to the initially planned revenues, depending on the availability of products. If these adjustments do not fundamentally affect the recipe or its petrol, the course will be maintained, and no partial or total refund will be made. The customer will be informed of these e-mail or telephone adjustments as soon as possible.

Participants are responsible for their active participation and must respect the hygiene and safety instructions. Irasshai is not responsible for corporal damage occurring during the course.

The customer must point out any allergy; Otherwise, Irasshai cannot be held responsible.

The personal effects of the participants are under their responsibility. Irasshai cannot be held responsible for damage or losses.

Participants have the possibility of winning the dishes prepared during the course to consume them outside Irasshai. Irasshai draws attention to the fact that dishes must be kept cool and consumed during the day. The consequences of transport and conservation and damage that could result are solely and exclusive customer responsibility.
