A former fashion designer, she left the world of fashion in 2009 for the kitchen. Completely self-taught, she became Düo and Bento chef at La Conserverie. Event caterer, home chef, she also gives original cooking classes inspired by true Japanese home cooking. She is also the author of the book Tokyo les recettes culte. Born in Japan, Akiko Ida is a food and lifestyle photographer based in Paris.
