C'est un livre magnifique, rédigé avec clarté et illustré de très belles photos.
Ce que je préfère : des recettes qui oscillent du simple au complexe, toujours bien expliquées, et dont on trouve tous les ingrédients nécessaires chez Irasshai. J'adore le chawanmushi, la soupe miso en mode nabe, les pas à pas pour les tsukemono... C'est avec ce livre que j'ai appris à faire mon dashi maison correctement. Et la recette de gâteau au sucre roux cuit à la vapeur est une splendeur ! Je recommande vivement de suivre cette autrice sur Instagram. Bonne cuisine !
