Marinated Daikon Radish - Daruma - 500g

The Tokyo Takuan is a specialty of Japanese white marinated radish. It is first cut into slices, salumé in salt and rice powder, then rushed to remove the excess water. It is then dried, then marinated in a mixture of vinegar, sugar, salt and soy sauce.

Its taste is pleasant and refreshing, tangy and slightly sweet.

This product is perfect as an accompaniment for rice and sushi dishes.
