Small stoneware bowl with a finely crackled celadon green glaze. The green is deeper in the center, where the glaze accumulated during firing. The unglazed rim takes on reddish-brown and orange hues that vary from one piece to another.

Its size makes it an everyday bowl: for soy sauce, condiments, pickles, a few wagashi, or a small side dish. It can also be used as a catchall.

The color variations and crackle pattern are unique to each piece.
