Founded in 1931 in the city of Kitakata, in Fukushima Prefecture, a fertile region surrounded by mountains, Igarashi Seimen has specialized in producing high-quality noodles for over 70 years. The company stands out for its rigorous ingredient selection and precise manufacturing methods, combining artisanal expertise with strict quality control.

The matured noodles are slowly dried at a low temperature for 48 hours, preserving the authentic taste of fresh noodles. Its noodles are used by many renowned ramen restaurants in Kitakata.

Bring 550 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, stirring gently. Turn off the heat, add the soup packet, and mix well. Serve in a bowl with your choice of toppings.

Store away from light, heat, and moisture.
