Kobayashi Noodle is a noodle company founded in 1947 in Gifu, specializing in the production of fresh noodles. Since 2015, it has been recognized for its gluten-free noodles, one of the few in Japan to produce 100% rice flour noodles.
For 1 person: immerse 1 portion of noodles in 550ml boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring gently. Add 1 sachet of soup at the end of cooking. Serve in a bowl with the condiments of your choice (chives, bean sprouts, egg, peppers, etc.) and enjoy immediately. Adapt the cooking time and firmness of the noodles to your taste.
