Kobayashi Noodle is a noodle manufacturing company founded in 1947 in Gifu, specializing in the production of fresh noodles. Since 2015, it has been recognized for its gluten-free noodles, being one of the few companies in Japan to produce noodles made entirely from rice flour.

For 1 person: place 1 portion of noodles in 550 ml of boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring gently. Add 1 sachet of soup at the end of cooking. Serve in a bowl with your choice of toppings (chives, bean sprouts, egg, bell pepper, ...) and enjoy immediately. Adjust the cooking time and firmness of the noodles to your taste.
