A candy made from yuzu zest grown on the island of Kyushu and candied in syrup. They are made without artificial flavors or colors to preserve the yuzu’s natural purity. Its creator, Kiyoshi Fujii, came up with the idea 15 years ago to reuse yuzu peel, which had previously been discarded during the fruit’s processing. His creation is now an integral part of Kyushu’s culinary heritage. Its name, "Yuzu no Manma," is protected and guarantees its authenticity.
