Specializing in rice-based products, the company takes pride in its artisanal production of senbei (rice crackers), a staple of Japanese culinary culture. The company uses locally grown rice from the Shonai region, renowned for its ideal conditions for rice cultivation, and has successfully carried on this tradition through products such as its award-winning thin-baked senbei.
