A sweet made from yuzu zest grown on the island of Kyushu and candied in syrup. They are made without artificial flavoring or coloring to preserve all the purity of the yuzu. Its creator, Kiyoshi Fujii, had the idea 15 years ago of reusing the yuzu skin, which had previously been discarded during the fruit's processing. His creation is now an integral part of Kyushu's culinary heritage. Its name, "Yuzu no Manma", is protected and guarantees its authenticity.
