The Hario brand SSD-200-B dripper will allow you to personalize your extraction. A classic dripper achieves a flow mastered by the size of the version. The Switch dripper is equipped with a closure at the base of the dripper to retain your coffee to develop aromas and a different bitterness. Once the extraction time has been finished, you can press the tongue and the flow will be done directly in your cup.

How to make an extraction
Place the dripper on a cup, install the filter, press the tongue and pour water previously heated to 93 ° C (depending on the coffee chosen). This step is important to moisten, rinse your filter and heat your container so as not to make a temperature difference. Empty your container before the next step and place the tab on the high position. Place 20 grams of coffee in the filter and pour 240 ml of water in a circle. After 30 seconds, take a spatula and stir the surface so that the coffee is completely moistened and obtain a slight foam. The extraction time remains to be determined according to your tastes, the total extraction must be around 2 minutes. Once finished, you still have to press the tongue and enjoy your coffee.
