A sesame oil with a rich sesame flavor and roasted notes. It is extracted by cold-pressing roasted sesame seeds using a method that has remained unchanged since 1725, during the Kyôhô era. This extraction method allows the oil to retain its nutritional qualities as well as the subtle aromas of sesame, while offering a richer texture on the palate.
