Based in Unzen, on the Shimabara Peninsula, the company has specialized in handmade noodle production since its founding. Using traditional manufacturing methods, each noodle is carefully crafted, enabling the production of up to 260,000 kg of noodles per year. The two-day manufacturing process ensures noodles with an authentic flavor and a firm, smooth texture.
Cook 100g of noodles in 800ml of boiling water for 7 minutes, stirring gently. Rinse them in cold water to remove the starch. You can eat them cold with a men-tsuyu sauce, or hot in broth.
Store away from light, heat, and moisture.
