Biomomo Hashimoto is an organic patisserie workshop located in Bellegarde, Gard, France. Founded by a Japanese pastry couple who have lived in France since 2001, the workshop combines Japanese and French know-how to create original, high-quality artisanal treats. Their creations include poached fruit jams, ginger condiments and delicacies, chocolate bars and almond pralines.
