Founded in 1931 in the city of Kitakata, in Fukushima Prefecture, a fertile region surrounded by mountains, Igarashi Seimen has specialized in producing high-quality noodles for over 70 years. The aged noodles are slowly dried at a low temperature for 48 hours, preserving the authentic taste of fresh noodles. Its noodles are used by many renowned ramen restaurants in the city of Kitakata.

Bring 550 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, stirring gently. Turn off the heat, add the soup packet, and mix well. Serve in a bowl with your choice of toppings.
