Instructions

In a frying pan, sauté the onions in a little oil until soft. Add the meat and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add 500 ml water, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat. Partially cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and stir in half the roux from the can, breaking it into pieces. Stir until completely dissolved, then simmer over low heat for a further 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

Conservation

Store away from light, heat and moisture. After opening: keep in a cool place. Consume quickly.
