This nigori honjozo sake stands out for its delicate sweet notes reminiscent of cooked rice and white flowers. It is made by coarsely filtering the sake lees to obtain a residue that offers a smooth and enveloping texture on the palate. It is ideal for accompanying all types of dishes, whether rich dishes such as cheese or fried foods, or sweeter desserts such as rice pudding or fruit salads, whose sweetness it will highlight. This honjozo sake won the Trophy Award in the honjozo category at the 2025 International Wine Challenge, achieving a triple crown after its awards in 2021 and 2024.
