The founder, Camille, discovered matcha in 2016 during a trip to Asia. Captivated by its rich flavor and exceptional health benefits, she traveled alone to Japan, the birthplace of this thousand-year-old tradition, to meet passionate producers. Her goal: to bring organic, flavorful, high-quality matcha to France—one that respects traditional Japanese expertise. But also one suited to French palates: smooth, not very bitter, and almost sweet.
