Since 2019, Anatae has been sharing the artistry of Japanese craftsmanship by offering exceptional teas, grown in accordance with time-honored traditions.

The founder, Camille, discovered matcha in 2016 during a trip to Asia. Captivated by its rich flavor and exceptional health benefits, she traveled alone to Japan, the birthplace of this ancient tradition, to meet passionate producers. Her goal: to bring back to France an organic, flavorful, high-quality matcha that honors traditional Japanese craftsmanship. But also one suited to French palates, being mild, not very bitter, and almost sweet.

Today, Anatae offers a refined selection of natural Japanese teas, grown with respect for the land, the people, and the rituals that define the richness of Japanese culture.
