Plus de détails sur ce produit
Kota Shoten, founded in 1948 in Hitachinaka, Ibaraki Prefecture, is a Japanese company specializing in the processing and distribution of agricultural products such as kinako (roasted soybean powder), potato starch, beans, and pickles. Specializing in natural food products, the company sources its ingredients from local producers, ensuring the freshness and quality of its products.
Among its flagship products is kinako, a lightly sweetened roasted soybean powder rich in plant-based protein and fiber. It is used in a variety of culinary preparations, particularly traditional Japanese desserts such as dango (glutinous rice dumplings) and mochi (glutinous rice cakes). Kota Shoten's kinako is made from non-GMO soybeans from Hokkaido, offering an authentic flavor and a light texture.
