In a saucepan, add your pre-cut vegetables and 700 ml of water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes. Then cover the saucepan and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add half of the roux from the box (90 g) and stir regularly until it dissolves.

Store away from light, heat, and moisture. After opening: keep refrigerated. Consume promptly.
