In a saucepan, add your pre-cut vegetables and 700 ml water. Bring to the boil over medium heat, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Add half the roux from the tin (90 g) and allow to dissolve, stirring regularly.
Store away from light, heat and moisture. After opening: keep in a cool place. Consume quickly.
