A spice blend based on hot Japanese curry in tablet form. Made from a blend of 31 selected spices and herbs, it's ideal for preparing curry dishes.
It has a tangy taste with a smooth, creamy texture, and is thicker than traditional curry.
It's easy to prepare by simply adding the spice mix to your favorite meat and vegetables. You can also use it as a seasoning to add flavor to a wide variety of dishes, including soups, stews and stir-fries.

Instructions

In a saucepan, add your pre-cut vegetables and 700 ml water. Bring to the boil over medium heat, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Add half the roux from the tin (90 g) and allow to dissolve, stirring regularly.

Conservation

Store away from light, heat and moisture. After opening: keep in a cool place. Consume quickly.
