This nigori honjozo saké stands out with its delicate sweet notes reminiscent of cooked rice and white flowers. It is made by coarsely filtering the saké lees to obtain a residue that offers a creamy and enveloping texture on the palate. It is ideal to accompany all types of dishes, whether rich dishes like cheese or fried foods, as well as sweeter desserts like rice pudding or fruit salads, where it highlights the sweetness.

This honjozo saké won the Trophy Award in the honjozo category at the 2025 International Wine Challenge, achieving a triple crown after its distinctions in 2021 and 2024.
