Collection: Marushichi
Founded in 1910 in Aomori Prefecture, Marushichi makes its miso using a unique method based on the heat from local hot springs to naturally activate the fermentation of its barrels. The raw ingredients are exclusively local: the rice and soybeans are grown in the Tsugaru region.
