Founded in 1902 in Nagano, Misuzu has established itself as a major player in soy-based products, specializing from the outset in the artisanal production of koya-dofu (freeze-dried tofu). Today, it relies on a selection of certified non-GMO soybeans and rigorous quality controls to offer a wide range of traditional products.
