Made in Japan by Shinshu Togakushi Soba, a family-run company specializing in noodle production since the postwar period, they are produced in the Nagano region, which is renowned for the quality of its buckwheat.
For 1 person: plunge 100 g of soba into 1 L of boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes 30 seconds, stirring gently. Drain and rinse with cold water. Enjoy cold, zaru-style, with tsuyu sauce, or hot in broth, with your choice of toppings (tempura, chives, daikon white radish, grilled poultry, wasabi, strips of nori seaweed, ...).
Adjust the cooking time and firmness of the noodles to your taste.
