Soba: 200 g (100 g per person)
- Kimchi: 60 g
- Natto: 1 packet
- Egg yolks: 2
- Chives (or green onions): to taste

White sesame seeds: to taste
- Mentsuyu sauce (double strength): 120 ml
Instructions
Cook the soba according to package instructions, then rinse thoroughly with cold water to stop the cooking process and prevent softening.
Arrange the soba in a bowl, then drizzle with mentsuyu sauce.
Add the natto, kimchi and egg yolks to the soba. Garnish with chopped spring onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds to taste.
Serve immediately and enjoy this bold, authentic blend of flavours.
