Ingredients
- Soba: 200 g (100 g per person)
- Kimchi: 60 g
- Natto: 1 packet
- Egg yolks: 2
- Chives (or green onions): to taste
- White sesame seeds: to taste
- Mentsuyu sauce (double strength): 120 ml
Directions
