Ingredients

  • Soba: 200 g (100 g per person)
  • Kimchi: 60 g
  • Natto: 1 packet
  • Egg yolks: 2
  • Chives (or green onions): to taste
  • White sesame seeds: to taste
  • Mentsuyu sauce (double strength): 120 ml
