More details on this product
Founded in 1924 in Izumo, Shimane Prefecture, Honda Shoten is a specialist in soba production. The company relies on traditional manufacturing methods, such as the "hiki-gurumi" method for grinding buckwheat grains, to guarantee high-quality soba. Honda Shoten values the quality, authenticity and simplicity of its ingredients, while cultivating a spirit of innovation to offer products that respect Japanese culinary traditions.
For 1 person: place 90g soba in 1L boiling water. Cook for 4min, stirring gently. Drain and rinse in cold water. Adapt the cooking time and firmness of the noodles to your taste.
Beware of overflowing during cooking.
