Founded in 1939 in Matsue, Shimane Prefecture—a region steeped in tea culture—Senchaso is distinguished by the expertise of its tea masters, who carefully select tea leaves from local Japanese producers to create their own blends. Notably, it was the first to offer a blend of sencha and matcha.
For one cup of traditional matcha: 2 g to 75 ml of water at 70℃. Pour the water over your matcha and stir vigorously with a "chasen" matcha whisk. When foam forms on the surface, you can enjoy.
Store airtight, away from light, heat and moisture. After opening, use up quickly.
