This exceptional green tea is a refined blend of Okumidori and Saemidori varieties, grown with care in the Kagoshima region of Japan. This organic matcha, certified by the organic label and JAS (Japanese agricultural standards for organic products), is produced in compliance with strict ecological standards. Its creamy texture and rich, aromatic taste make it an ideal everyday matcha, to be enjoyed hot or cold, or as a latte. It is obtained by grinding tea leaves in the shade for 2 weeks before harvesting. Rich in antioxidants and vitamins, it contributes to healthy skin thanks to its nourishing properties, and provides long-lasting energy, as its theine (equivalent to caffeine) is better assimilated by the body.

100% green tea (Japan)

Store matcha in an airtight container to protect it from air and moisture. Keep away from direct light, in a cool, dry place. Avoid variations in temperature and humidity, especially when opening the container. Consume matcha within 3 to 6 months of opening to guarantee freshness. Use a clean, dry, non-metallic spoon to avoid contamination.

For 2g of matcha: pour in 70ml of water at 80°C and whisk in M shapes for 15 seconds until foam forms on the surface. Remove your chasen by drawing a circle.

Founded by tea sommelier Yuri "Yureeka" Yasuda, Sayuri's mission is to spread the beauty of Japan around the world. The company focuses all its efforts on the quality of its products, because good matcha should be like art: accessible to all.
