Our tips

Here are some original tips and tricks for using matcha: - Matcha in smoothies: Add 1/2 teaspoon of matcha to your smoothies for an antioxidant boost and a beautiful, vibrant green color. - Matcha in sauces and dressings: Mix a little matcha into a vinaigrette for a touch of umami flavor and beautiful color. - Create matcha ice cubes: Dilute a little matcha in water, then pour into an ice cube tray to create matcha ice cubes to add to your cold drinks. - Pancake batter with matcha: Add a touch of matcha to your pancake batter for healthy, green pancakes. - Sprinkle on desserts: Sprinkle a little matcha on ice cream, yoghurt or fresh fruit for a delicate, full-flavoured touch. - Matcha in protein shakes: Add it to your shakes for extra antioxidants, while enjoying its energizing effects. - Matcha in chocolate: Melt white or dark chocolate and add a little matcha to create unique matcha ganaches or truffles. By using matcha in a variety of culinary contexts, you not only bring a new flavor to your creations, but also enjoy its many health benefits!

Store matcha in an airtight container to protect it from air and moisture. Keep away from direct light, in a cool, dry place. Avoid variations in temperature and humidity, especially when opening the container. Consume matcha within 3 to 6 months of opening to guarantee freshness. Use a clean, dry, non-metallic spoon to avoid contamination.

For a cup of traditional matcha: 2g for 75ml of water at 70℃. Pour the water over your tea and stir vigorously with a "chasen" matcha whisk. When foam forms on the surface, you can enjoy.
