Marukyo Seika, gevestigd in Yonago in de prefectuur Tottori, werd in 1958 opgericht als een kleine Japanse zoetwarenfabrikant. Met 65 jaar geschiedenis blijft het bedrijf trouw aan zijn filosofie om «anderen van dienst te zijn» door wagashi met anko als kern te maken. Sinds 1990 heeft het zich gespecialiseerd in dorayaki, dat nu een iconisch product is dat in meer dan 20 landen wereldwijd wordt verkocht.

J’adore les dorayaki d’accord ?
J’ai bien aimé ceux-là.
Cependant, il aurai été bien de préciser qu’il s’agit d’Anko Azuki (pâte d’haricots rouge) car le Shiroan (pâte d’haricots blanc) existe aussi.
