Ingredients
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 tbsp. yuzu juice
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- Optional: yuzu zest and sesame seeds
Directions
- Prepare your marinade. Mix together garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper and yuzu juice.
- Cut your cutlets into pieces and add to the marinade. Mix well, so that all the pieces are covered with the sauce.
- Cover with cling film and leave to marinate in a cool place for 30 minutes.
- In a hot frying pan, brown your marinated chicken pieces until lightly toasted (about 10 minutes).
- Serve hot with rice and vegetables, for example! You can add a few zests of yuzu or sesame seeds for extra flavor.
