Ingredients

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp. yuzu juice
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • Optional: yuzu zest and sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Prepare your marinade. Mix together garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper and yuzu juice.
  2. Cut your cutlets into pieces and add to the marinade. Mix well, so that all the pieces are covered with the sauce.
  3. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate in a cool place for 30 minutes.
  4. In a hot frying pan, brown your marinated chicken pieces until lightly toasted (about 10 minutes).
  5. Serve hot with rice and vegetables, for example! You can add a few zests of yuzu or sesame seeds for extra flavor.
