  • 90 g brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 95 g ground black sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Add the brown sugar to a large bowl.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Remove from the heat while continuing to stir.
  4. Immediately pour the butter into the bowl containing the brown sugar and whisk right away to combine.

  7. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt directly. Mix with a spatula until the batter is smooth.
  8. Divide the dough into two bowls, then mix the ground sesame seeds into one half of the dough. Mix well.
  9. In a greased loaf pan, alternate layers of banana batter and black sesame batter.
  10. Using a long skewer, make spiral motions in the dough to create a marbled effect.
  11. Bake at 175°C for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown.
  12. Let it cool, then slice and serve!
