Black Sesame Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 110 g unsalted butter
- 400 g of bananas (3 large bananas)
- 90 g brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 180 g flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 95 g ground black sesame seeds
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Add the brown sugar to a large bowl.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Remove from the heat while continuing to stir.
- Immediately pour the butter into the bowl containing the brown sugar and whisk right away to combine.
- Let the mixture cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mash the bananas.
- Once the mixture has cooled, stir in the eggs, then add the bananas. Mix well.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt directly. Mix with a spatula until the batter is smooth.
- Divide the dough into two bowls, then mix the ground sesame seeds into one half of the dough. Mix well.
- In a greased loaf pan, alternate layers of banana batter and black sesame batter.
- Using a long skewer, make spiral motions in the dough to create a marbled effect.
- Bake at 175°C for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown.
- Let it cool, then slice and serve!
