Black garlic cloves with a mild flavor—both sweet and fruity—and a tender texture. They are produced by aging garlic cloves of the Katekishu variety, grown in southern Japan. Each clove is hand-selected by experts to ensure optimal quality.
The garlic cloves are fermented for 2 weeks without additives to remove their strong, pungent flavor while retaining their nutritional benefits, particularly their high antioxidant and amino acid content.
