Recipe Yuzunade

Ingredients
- 1 L sparkling water
- 5 yuzu (or 250 ml yuzu juice/syrup)
- 250 g sugar
- Fresh mint or orange blossom water (optional)
Directions
- Squeeze the yuzu into a bowl and mix with the sugar (250 g).
- Add yuzu zest if desired.
- Strain your container and leave overnight in the fridge for the sugar to turn into syrup.
- Strain the syrup into a pitcher, add the sparkling water and a few slices of yuzu.
- Serve with ice cubes and fresh mint leaves or orange blossom water.
