Ingredients

  • 40ml iced green tea
  • 30ml pear juice
  • 10ml yuzu juice
  • 1 dash shiso syrup
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Pour the green tea, pear juice and yuzu juice into a shaker. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  2. Fill a tall glass with fresh ice cubes, then strain the contents of the shaker over them.
  3. Finish with a dash of shiso syrup.
