Ingredients
- 40ml iced green tea
- 30ml pear juice
- 10ml yuzu juice
- 1 dash shiso syrup
- Ice cubes
Directions
- Pour the green tea, pear juice and yuzu juice into a shaker. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
- Fill a tall glass with fresh ice cubes, then strain the contents of the shaker over them.
- Finish with a dash of shiso syrup.
