Located in northern Japan, in the Tōhoku region, Yamagata prefecture is a land of mountains and rivers, offering an ideal setting for the production of exceptional products. When it comes to rice, Yamagata produces Tsuyahime, an exceptional rice with shiny grains and a soft texture, perfect for accompanying Japanese dishes.
