Coconut Cloud Matcha
This recipe offers a refreshing and modern take on traditional matcha. It’s based on a contrast of textures and flavors: the base consists of natural coconut water—light and subtly sweet—topped with a creamy green tea cold foam.
The characteristic bitterness of matcha is softened here by the cream emulsion, while the coconut water adds a tropical, refreshing note. Visually, the drink stands out for its two distinct layers, which gradually blend together as you sip, offering an experience that is both velvety and light.
