This high-quality matcha is harvested using traditional methods in the Uji region, near Kyoto, a world-renowned producer of exceptional matcha. Uji enjoys ideal climatic conditions and fertile soil, which contribute to the superior quality of its matcha tea. Local growers, heirs to an ancestral tradition, ensure that each leaf is carefully plucked and processed with the utmost care, preserving the authenticity and finesse of this prized green tea.

Made from second- or third-harvest leaves (nibancha and sanbancha), giving it a slightly more robust texture and pleasant aromatic intensity. Unlike ceremonial teas (ichibancha), which are grown from the first harvest and ground using traditional methods such as stone grinding, this matcha is designed for everyday consumption and use in culinary preparations such as pastries and drinks.

100% green tea (Japan)

Store matcha in an airtight container to protect it from air and moisture. Keep away from direct light, in a cool, dry place. Avoid variations in temperature and humidity, especially when opening the container. Consume matcha within 3 to 6 months of opening to guarantee freshness. Use a clean, dry, non-metallic spoon to avoid contamination.

For a cup of traditional matcha: 2g for 75ml of water at 70℃. Pour the water over your tea and stir vigorously with a "chasen" matcha whisk. When foam forms on the surface, you can enjoy.
