A furikake with the fresh, tangy taste of ume plum and yukari shiso. This furikake is made from pieces of dried nori seaweed, which are then mixed with yukari seasoning. This process preserves the texture and taste of the nori seaweed, while allowing the ume plum and shiso perilla to shine through. This seasoning is ideal for accompanying all types of Japanese and Western cuisine: its flavor is perfect for seasoning a bowl of rice or seasonal vegetables, but it can also be used on grilled fish, cheese, or to add a little flavor and color to appetizers.

Nishio is particularly renowned for the production of tencha, the raw material for matcha, thanks to its fertile soil and favorable climate.
