Banana Matcha Latte

Ingredients
- 2/3 g of matcha
- 120 ml of milk (to taste)
- 1 very ripe banana
- 10 g brown sugar
- Cinnamon
Directions
- In a blender, add the banana, sugar, and cinnamon, then blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- In a bowl, sift the matcha, then pour in a little hot water (no more than 70 degrees) and whisk until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
- In a glass, add some ice cubes, then pour in the mashed banana and milk.
- Gently pour the matcha on top to create a beautiful latte effect.
