Banana Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 2/3 g of matcha
  • 120 ml of milk (to taste)
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 10 g brown sugar
  • Cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a blender, add the banana, sugar, and cinnamon, then blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. In a bowl, sift the matcha, then pour in a little hot water (no more than 70 degrees) and whisk until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
  3. In a glass, add some ice cubes, then pour in the mashed banana and milk.
  4. Gently pour the matcha on top to create a beautiful latte effect.
  5. Stir before serving.
