Collection: Taikai Shuzo

Located in Kanoya, in the southern part of the Ōsumi Peninsula (Kagoshima Prefecture), Taikai Shuzō is a distillery founded in 1975 that is deeply rooted in the local terroir. It crafts its shōchū from sweet potatoes grown by partner farmers with whom it maintains close ties. Committed to preserving artisanal expertise, the distillery prioritizes traditional methods based on the five senses of the master brewers, who reside on-site throughout the entire production period.
