Definitions 

Irasshai (hereinafter the "Organizing Society") registered in the Trade and Companies Register under the RCS number 910 846 773 R.C.S. PARIS whose head office is located at 40 rue du Louvre, 75001 Paris. 

A competition without obligation to purchase, entitled: "Win a trip to Japan" (hereinafter referred to as "the game"), according to the terms described in these regulations. 

Participation in the competition takes place From January 16, 2024 to October 4, 2024. 

Winner: A single participant who will earn a price for 2 people. 

The competition 

The competition can be accessible from the Irasshai website, its various social networks as well as in its physical shop located at 40 rue du Louvre.

This operation is not organized or sponsored by Facebook, Google, Apple or Microsoft. The personal data collected is intended for the organizing company only, and for no other company. 

Participation criteria 

The contest is accessible in all countries and to anyone, aged 18 or over, with internet access, a valid e-mail address and capable of entering Japanese territory, at the 'Exception of Irasshai employees, their families, their agents or any other person associated with the draw for a professional basis. 

The contest is limited to a single participation per person during the duration of the game. Any multiple participation will be considered void. 

By registering, participants agree to receive commercial communications from Irasshai (everyone is free to unsubscribe at any time), and recognize that the winner will have to verify his age and identity.

The competition is subject to the regulation of French law applicable to games and competitions. 

Late participations, illegible, incomplete, damaged, corrupt or sent through agencies or third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost registrations and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. A winner will be drawn among all the registrations received before the closing date. By participating in the draw, the participants confirm that they have read and agreed to be linked by these general conditions and by the decision of the organizer, who are final for all questions relating to the price. Any violation of these general conditions will result in price loss. 

The mere fact of participating in this competition implies outright acceptance, without reservation, of these regulations. 

Participation conditions 

This contest takes place exclusively via Google Form on the dates indicated in article 1 and is accessible from different social networks, the e-commerce site and the Irasshai physical store. It is also accessible on mobile phones. 

The game being accessible on social media platforms & the Irasshai website, platforms can in no case be held responsible for any dispute linked to the competition. The platforms are neither the organizer nor the sponsor of the operation. The personal data collected during the game is intended for the organizing company. 

The contest being accessible on mobile phones (smartphone), in no case Apple, Microsoft, Google or any other mobile application platform can be held responsible in the event of a dispute linked to the game. 

Winner selection 

1 (one) winner will be drawn within 7 days of the end of the contest. 

The winner will be contacted by the organizer by email within seven days of the closing date of the draw. If the organizer is unable to contact the winner within two weeks or if the winner is unable to accept the price, the organizer reserves the right to award the price to another winner , fired in accordance with these General Conditions. 

The organizer reserves the right to ask the winner to provide proof of identity, age and residence, as the organizer may judge it necessary. The identification considered to be appropriate for verification is at the discretion of the organizer.

PRICE 

The first price includes: 

● A round-trip flight in economy class for 2 (two) people from any international airport in the world to Tokyo, outside of high-season periods; 

● 13 (thirteen) accommodation nights in Tokyo, in the Mont Fuji and Tohoku region, on the basis of two people sharing the same room, outside the periods of Haute-season. 

● A 7 -day Japan Rail Pass (ordinary class) for 2 people. 

● Two 14 -day SIM cards. 

ACTIVITIES

The price does not include the trip between the winner's home and the airport, travel insurance, food and drinks, personal expenses, accessory costs or any other expenditure not specifically mentioned in these general conditions. It is the case for the price winner and his guest to ensure that they have a valid passport and travel insurance and that they get all the vaccines and visas necessary for their trip. 

Theft is subject to availability and can include transits. 

The price does not include the cost of the transfer of the arrival/departure airport to/from the destination. 

The price must be taken before the end of December 2025 outside the periods of Haute-season and is subject to availability. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be modified. 

The price is subject to availability, not transferable and non -refundable. There is no alternative in cash or other, except in case of circumstances independent of its will, the organizer reserves the right to provide a similar price of equal or higher value. 

The winner and his traveling companion must travel together, at the start and arrival of the same place, at the same time and according to the same route. The organizer is not responsible for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events linked to any travel organization. 

Identification of the winner and disqualification of participation 

Participants authorize the verification of their identity and all the information relating to the competition (age, ability to go to Japan). Failure to comply with these regulations and any fraud, whatever the means, will lead to the disqualification of the participant. 

General Conditions 

The organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered (including, but without limiting itself, indirect or consecutive losses) or for any personal damage suffered in relation to the price, on page 3/6

The exception of any responsibility which cannot be excluded by law (in which case this responsibility is limited to the maximum authorized by law). 

The organizer will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the context of this promotion or in relation to it if the insufficiency is due to a cause independent of the organizer's will, including, But without limiting itself, dysfunctions or technical failures. 

The organizer is not responsible for the problems or technical dysfunctions of any network or telephone line, online computer systems, servers or suppliers, computer hardware, software, technical problems or congestion of traffic on Internet or on any website, or any combination of these elements, including any damage or damage to the computer of the participants or any other person related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any material as part of This promotion. 

The winner may be required to participate in a reasonable advertisement in the name of the organizer. 

By checking the box on the participation form to receive additional information from Irasshai you agree to register for the newsletter and the offers of Irasshai. You are free to unsubscribe from our distribution list at any time via the link provided in each email. The organizer will use your email address in accordance with the provisions of applicable data protection legislation. 

The names of the winners and their department can be obtained by sending a stamped and addressed envelope to Irasshai, 40 rue du Louvre, 75001, Paris, within one month after the closing date of the draw. 

Modification of the dates of the competition 

Irasshai cannot be held responsible, in the event of force majeure or for events independent of his will, if it was led to cancel this competition. It also reserves the right to extend or limit the period of participation, to report it or to modify its conditions, and cannot be held responsible in this regard. 

Addes and changes to these regulations can be published during the competition. They will be considered as annexes to these regulations. 

Using the winner's image / video 

The winner authorized by this Irasshai, his employees, agents or contractors to film, photograph, record the winner in video/audio and to use this video, image and/or voice for marketing, promotion or advertising (at His discretion), in any media and support whatever world (rights of use) and the winner will not be entitled and will claim no fees or fees for these rights of use.

Intellectual, literary and artistic property rights 

The images used on the game site, the objects represented, the marks and commercial names mentioned, the graphic elements, the IT elements and the databases making up the game site are the exclusive property of their respective holders and cannot be extracted , reproduced or used without the written authorization of the latter, under penalty of civil and/or criminal prosecution. 

Any resemblance of characters or elements of the game with other fictitious characters or other elements of existing games would be purely fortuitous and could not lead to engaging the responsibility of the organizing company or its providers. 

Declaration of confidentiality 

The contact details of the participants will be collected and processed electronically, in particular stored appropriately on a secure server within the time limits provided by law, in accordance with the terms of the Personal Privacy and Protection Policy of the Organizing Company.

The personal data collected is intended for the organizing company, responsible for their processing, in order to ensure the smooth running of the operation, the designation of the winners and the delivery of the lots and, for the participants who actively accepted it after Have been clearly and previously informed, the reception of the newsletters of the organizing company. The Organizing Company may communicate this confidential data to service providers performing these various tasks on its behalf. Allocation of powers and interpretation of the regulations 

Any dispute relating to the interpretation of the regulation will be decided by the organizing company. 

Participation in this game implies the unreserved acceptance (i) of these regulations in all its stipulations, (ii) of the ethical rules in force on the Internet (Netiquette, Charter of good conduct, etc.) as well as ( iii) laws and regulations in force on French territory and, in particular, provisions applicable to games and page 5/6

Lotteries in force. No telephone or written request will not be answered concerning the interpretation or application of these regulations, the mechanisms or terms of the game or the list of winners. In the event of a dispute, only a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent within a maximum of 30 days after the end date of the game will be accepted. Except in the event of a manifest error, it is agreed that the information resulting from the game systems of the organizing company have convincing force in any dispute about the connection elements and the computer processing of said information relating to the game. 

Prior to any legal action linked or in relation to these regulations (in particular its application or interpretation), the participants undertake to make an amicable and informal appeal to the organizing company. 

Participants are subject to French regulations applicable to games and competitions. Any dispute which cannot be settled amicably will be subject to the competent courts on which the headquarters of the organizing company depends, unless provisional public procurement provisions.
