To learn all about mochis

I am happy to have this book, because all the basic recipes are explained, that we want to prepare the Mochis dough for the traditional method (with a pan) or modern (with the microwave). Anko's recipe is also explained as well as some interesting alternatives. Mochis and other daifukus recipes give ideas to create others according to our desires.
