For 1 person: plunge 1 portion of râmen into 450ml boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring gently. Add 1 sachet of soup at the end of cooking. Serve in a bowl with the condiments of your choice (chives, bean sprouts, egg, peppers, etc.) and enjoy immediately.
